Anything attached to a purchase — order tracking, a delivery that has not arrived, a change of address, a billing or duplicate-charge question, or a refund under the 60-day money-back guarantee — is handled by the seller through the official Gumitide store, not by this website. We are an independent publisher: we cannot look up an order number, cancel a shipment or issue money back, because none of that passes through us.
The fastest route is the customer service contact details on the order confirmation email you received when you bought, or the support link inside the official store itself. Have your order number to hand; it is the first thing any seller will ask for, and refund requests inside the 60-day window are processed by the store that took the payment.
If something on this site looks wrong — a label detail, a citation that does not match the study it is attributed to, a broken link — please tell us and we will check it and correct the page. We do not publish a support phone number, because we do not run a support desk and it would be misleading to imply that we do.
